Partial Payments on myKentCounty

Kent County Property Tax bills can be paid in full or in part on myKentCounty. As you go through the process of making your payment (see Pay a Delinquent Property Tax Bill on myKentCounty), you will be prompted to add the property to your cart and checkout. 

To make a partial payment follow the steps below: 

1. Click Checkout

2. Enter the partial payment amount in the  "Payment Amount" field.

Note: 

• Partial payments will apply to the oldest bill first 
• The minimum payment amount is $1.00 for each bill.
• The maximum payment amount for each bill is the total due.

3. Select a payment method or add a new payment method. Then click the blue Pay $--.-- button to complete your payment. 

Note: If you have a stored payment method, it will automatically appear here. If you have not added a payment method before or are proceeding as a guest, select Choose Payment Method to add a credit/debit card or bank account.

After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are signed in to a myKentCounty account, a receipt will also be stored in your profile (see Find a Receipt on myKentCounty).
